Facilitators

What is a Facilitator?
A dedicated, passionate person who has completed the facilitator training for
How to DRUG PROOF YOUR KIDS and is now registered as a DPYK facilitator
for
Focus on the Family New Zealand.

Our facilitators are the KEY to the success of this programme as these
competent trained people take DPYK back and apply it to their local
communities where they already have some form of relationship
and connection.

The training takes 2 full days, for people who have the characteristics below
and agree with the guiding principles of
Focus on the Family New Zealand:

. communication skills in presenting and listening

 . warmth, genuineness and empathy
. openess and a willingness to share
. sensitivity to family and group processes
. dedication, care and concern for families
 . flexibility, humour and credibility
. personal experience with children, preferably as a parent
